The Laced Outfits

Laced outfits have always taken to me because of the feminine and classy look you get by wearing them. I also believe that apart from the chic look they give you, lace also makes you look very confident, especially the black-laced dresses. I personally like to see small laced-details on the dresses, not exactly the entire outfit smothered in it. It just gives any outfit a softer look and changes it radically.

Leighton Meester (left) attended “The Harry Winston Court of Jewles Recreation Launch” in a see-through black-laced Marchesa outfit, part of the Spring 2011 Collection. I personally don’t like this outfit, it’s just too much going on. I do like her spherical clutch though. Blake Lively wore this thoroughly designed Elie Saab dress, from the 2010 Fall Collection, @ “Tiffany and Co. Introduces Evewear Spring 2011“.

Jessica Biel has worn a couple of laced outfits this year. One of them is this white Emilio Pucci dress [Fall2010] Jessica pulled off at the Los Angeles Premiere of “The A-team”. Later this year, she attended the 5th Anniversary of Glamour Reel Moments presented by Hyundai in a black-laced Oscar de la Renta dress.

Emma Watson looked stunning at the London premiere of “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1″ in a Rafael Lopez dress. She also worn a black-laced outfit for “the last 100 Days until the New Harry Potter Movie” Countdown.
